		<description>Chumley, not quite sure how this question is relevant to David&#039;s piece on Yuuguu, but official definitions of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) tend to be as follows: turnover up to Â£1million = small; turnover up to Â£20 million = medium.  The vast majority of the 4.5 million UK small businesses have a turnover below Â£1 million a year.</description>
