Company Liquidations Fall in Q4

Official figures just released show the number of liquidations in England and Wales during the fourth quarter of 2006 fell by 1.4% compared to the previous quarter. 
Of the total of 3,194 liquidations, however, 1,411 were compulsory - a rise of 4.9% on Q3 and of 9.7% compared to the same period in 2005.
