Money Laundering Regs - One Month To Go
By SmallBizPod, 14th November 2007 at 14:33
New Money Laundering Regulations are due to come into force on 15th December 2007 and HM Revenue & Customs is encouraging businesses to be prepared.
While not affecting most small businesses, the regulations do apply to Money Service Businesses (MSBs), Trust of Company Service Providers (TCSPs), High Value Dealers (HVDs), and Accountancy Service Providers (ASPs).
If you’re not sure whether the new regime applies to your business, or by when you need to regiester, further guidance can be found at the HMRC website.
