Truphone Customers Free To Roam

Truphone, the company that let’s you make cheap VoIP (voice over internet protocol) calls over your mobile phone, has slashed prices to make international calls on the move more affordable.
You will need a mobile handset that works with the Truphone service, but assuming you have, calls to 40 countries from anywhere in the world cost as little as 3 pence per minute to landlines and 15 pence per minute to mobiles.
These charges apply to most EU countries plus Australia, Japan, Russia, China, Hong Kong, USA and Canada.
Calls on traditional mobile phone roaming tariffs can cost anything from 38p per minute upwards.
