Earlier in the week Guy talked about how the very real business benefits of training are so often overlooked by smaller businesses. This prompted a comment from Nick at franchisebrief.com who believes poor training is one of the main causes of franchise failure.
Potentially useful, then, to see a databank of award-winning business training case studies produced by non-profit organisation, the Skills Council.
