When it comes to understanding how to get the best out of people in business, Anna Farmery knows a thing or two. They have huge advantages in engaging people and also attracting talent – because of the “intimacy” of the working relationship. I agree with you Anna, but wonder whether the talent smaller businesses would like to attract still equates a successful career with big corporates or senior roles in the public sector. As a corporate escapee myself, I can’t tell whether I’m an exception, a rule or a trend 😉
