Business Link urges businesses to take advantage of free reviews to assess their business fitness.
Over the last few weeks Business Link has been keen to point out companies large and small across the country are entitled to a free business health check.
These check-ups aim to provide an impartial, objective assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of businesses and Business Link claims they are tailored to the needs of specific sectors.
The service includes:
Clearly the depth of this review, if conducted online, is likely to be somewhat limited, but a face-to-face check-up, if you can find yourself a knowledgeable Business Link adviser for your sector in your region could prove valuable.
There are currently around 1,500 advisers spread across English RDA regions.
Mileage will no doubt vary. Some advisers have failed to prove their worth.
Nevertheless, some businesses have found the service useful.
